What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days, you are able to take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee. To do so, all we require is for you to use the product for at least seven days and contact us if you experience any troubles or concerns along the way. Once you have requested to cancel, we will review your account and process your cancellation given you meet the criteria above. If you wish to cancel your subscription after 30 days, please contact us or refer to the sections below and our Terms of Service for more information.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return the hardware, please contact us. Please note that returning the hardware without contacting us will not trigger a cancellation of your service or account. If you wish to cancel the service, please refer to "What is your cancellation policy?".

What happens if I no longer want the service?

If you have signed up for a 12 month plan and wish to cancel within the 30 day money back guarantee cooling off period, simply contact us.

If you are on a month by month no commitment plan, simply contact us and we will cancel your service.

If you are on a 12 month plan but NOT within the 30 day money back guarantee period, please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.

Do I have to return the cameras?

If you decide to cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase of the 12 month plan, you will have the option to keep or send back your cameras. If you choose to keep the cameras, we will invoice you for the cost of the cameras before cancelling the plan. Otherwise, you can choose to return the cameras and we will refund you in full during the 30 day money back guarantee period. If you wish to cancel after the 12 month plan has run out, the cameras are yours to keep.
