If you are not satisfied with your camera purchase we offer a thirty (30) day money back guarantee, if the below terms have been fulfilled:

  • You must have downloaded the Cammy app
  • Set up your cameras and added an alarm
  • Used the service for a minimum period of seven (7) days within thirty (30) days of subscribing
  • Have contacted us if there was a problem with setup that couldn't be troubleshooted

Returns processing may take up to ten (10) business days and refunds will be processed within four (4) business days following this.

If you have fulfilled the terms of the guarantee and want to return your products, follow the below steps:

  1. Email us at team@cammy.com or via our contact form requesting that you wish to return the product/s. We will then be able to offer further instruction on how you can return the hardware, in accordance with the country you had originally purchased from.
  2. You will be asked to provide proof of return postage to enable us to track the parcel.
  3. After we have received the returned hardware in the original packaging, with all contents in full working condition, a full refund will be processed.

** Unless otherwise specified, return postage is at the cost of the returnee.
