In order to cancel your subscription please email us on team@cammy.com or contact us here and let us know why you are looking to terminate your subscription (please note your account will not be cancelled unless we have received and replied to written notice from yourself).

We will send you a confirmation email for the cancellation, but you will still be able to continue using all of Cammy's features up until the start of your next billing cycle. After this, you will have limited access to Cammy's features.

Please note: turning your subscriptions off through the app does not cancel your payments, this feature is used for customers who have multiple cameras and want to switch subscriptions between hardware.

If the reason for cancelling is due to faulty hardware, please refer to our 30 day money back guarantee if you are within 30 days of purchase or our warranty policy if you have had your cameras for longer.
