Troubleshooting

Before beginning troubleshooting please make sure that your phone is connected to the internet.

Option 1 - if you have multiple cameras linked to your account:

  1. Open the Cammy app on your phone
  2. Go to the More tab
  3. Tap on Troubleshooting
  4. Turn off Simultaneous Live View

Option 2 - if you have multiple cameras and have already turned off simultanious Live View or you only have one camera:

  1. Open the Cammy app on your phone
  2. Tap the settings for the affected camera
  3. Tap on 'Troubleshooting'
  4. Tap on 'Live View connection test'
  5. Regardless of the test result, please contact us and we will be in contact shortly.
