One of the key features of being a Cammy subscriber is that you should only get alerts when your camera(s) detect a person. If you have received a false alert (no person in the footage), you may report it to us through the following steps:

  1. Open the Cammy app on your phone and click on 'Timeline'
  2. Find and tap on the alert you want to report as false
  3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the app
  4. Tap 'Report false alert'

If we verify a false alarm, we can offer a credit to your account. Please see Account Credits for further information

If you are not a Cammy subscriber you will get alerts for movement from any heat emitting source when your cameras are armed (this could include people and/or large pets).
