When you purchase additional camera plans, the price of that plan will be added to your monthly subscription payment. Each contract plan is treated as independent - it is on its own 12 month contract which will roll over after 12 months to a month by month subscription plan with no lock in contract.
If you are on a 12 month contract, the service will convert to a month by month subscription plan with no lock in contract. You are welcome to renew your contract for another 12 months. In doing so, you may be able to benefit from any promotions or deals we may have running at the time.
Yes, if you purchased the Alien indoor camera, you will be billed to cover the first month of the service. If you purchased a Penguin or Nighthawk camera, you will be billed the cost of the camera with the first month of service free. We will ship out the cameras as soon as payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation takes about 1-2 business days.
If you purchased the Alien indoor camera, you will be charged the first month subscription fee at the time of sign up to the card you nominate. From there you will be billed your monthly fee on the same date. If you purchased a Penguin or Nighthawk camera, you pay a month by month subscription with no lock in contract (with your first month free).
