Use of Cammy Services is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Cammy reserves the right to update the Terms at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the Terms can be found at www.cammy.com/terms.
Payment and Access
The Cammy App can be downloaded from Apple Store or Google Play for free. Cammy Home Alarm and other features are available under a paid subscription. For subscription details please refer to the Cammy Indoor/Outdoor and Cammy BYO subscription sections below. Cammy charges a standard monthly fee for use of the Services each month in advance. Cammy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.
Cammy Indoor/Outdoor subscription
Cammy Indoor/Outdoor is a twelve (12) month subscription and is billed each month for the duration of the subscription. The subscription will commence as soon as your credit card is successfully charged at the time of purchase. The same fee will then be charged on the same date each subsequent month (allowing for non-working days, such as weekends and public holidays). Should there be any changes in fees at the end of your subscription period, you will be notified by email one month in advance. Plans cancelled within the first thirty (30) days after purchase will be refunded subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellation and Termination terms below.
If your account falls into arrears and the overdue amount is not received within ten days, the full balance will become due for immediate payment. Failure to make any outstanding payments will lead to the service being suspended, and steps being taken to recover the debt. This will result in a default notice being placed on your credit record.
Cammy BYO subscription
Service will commence as soon as your credit card is successfully charged at the time of subscribing. The same fee will then be charged on the same date each subsequent month (allowing for non-working days, such as weekends and public holidays) until the subscription is cancelled by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription stops services between 3 – 5 working days after notification is received. All data accumulated in your account will be deleted.
If we are unable to collect your monthly fee or other charges due to us from you on the due date, we may suspend provision of Service without notice.
Data load restrictions
Cammy is designed to protect homes and offices by alerting users if people enter their home or office while they are not there. For this reason, Cammy is intended for internal use and outdoor use subject to data load restrictions.
Cammy reserves the right to contact users with highly active outdoor cameras and remove service of those outdoor cameras if the camera load is not reduced to an acceptable level. We will always give you at least twenty-four (24) hours notice to adjust your cameras accordingly.
Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to discuss any changes to your order. Please note that we will try our best to amend orders before they are dispatched. However, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped, so we recommend taking the time to check the details of your order confirmation email.
If after receiving the cameras you wish to swap one or more with another Cammy model, we can do this for you if cameras are intact in the original packaging. This process may take up to fourteen (14) business days. Return postage is at the cost of the returnee in these cases.
Cancellation and Termination
If you wish to cancel a subscription within thirty (30) days of subscribing, you are eligible for our thirty (30) day money back guarantee offer subject to meeting the criteria below.
You must have downloaded the Cammy app, set up your cameras and added an alarm, and used the service for a minimum period of seven (7) days within thirty (30) days of subscribing. If you require assistance with set up, as a condition to your thirty (30) day money back guarantee you must contact our Support Team so we can assist you. Cancellation of the service will not be issued if there is no correspondence with Support prior to the cancellation request.
All devices supplied (cameras and accessories) must be returned to us in the original packaging with all contents in full working condition in order for a refund. Processing the return may take up to ten (10) business days. The refund will be processed within four (4) business days following this. If the devices (cameras and accessories) are returned in poor condition or are damaged, the return will not be accepted. If the devices (cameras and accessories) are found to be in poor condition or are damaged, Cammy reserves the right to contact you and arrange payment for the devices. Proof of postage is required, along with a tracking number. Unless otherwise specified, return postage is at the cost of the returnee.
Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the devices, you can pay an amount equivalent to the total cost for the twelve (12) month subscription less any payments already received. This amount is to cover the cost of the devices.
If you are outside the thirty (30) day money back guarantee period, your subscription can only be cancelled at the end of the twelve (12) month period, and your credit card will continue to be debited for the monthly charge until this period has expired. Alternatively, you can pay an early termination fee being the total cost for the twelve (12) month subscription less any payments already received.
How to return
In order to return a camera under our thirty (30) day money back guarantee your will need to follow the below steps:
- Confirm in writing that you wish to return the product. It's best to contact us.
- Once approved, we will email you an Authorised RMA Label which is to be affixed to each parcel being returned.
- Provide proof of return postage to enable us to track.
- After receiving the return in the original packaging with all contents in full working condition a full refund will be processed.

Your purchase of any Cammy camera from Cammy is automatically covered by Cammy's Warranty. See the list of products and Warranty terms above.
If you experience any faults with your camera(s), the best way to make a warranty claim is to simply contact us.
After the claim has been approved, the original product owner must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from Cammy's customer service team. You will then need to provide proof of return postage. Once the camera(s) has been received we will ensure that the camera meets the Warranty requirements and if so, we will replace the item and reimburse postage costs. This process may take up to twenty-one (21) business days.
What is not covered: This Warranty provided by Cammy does not cover:
- Products, if in Cammy's judgment, that have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care, repair or service in any way that is not contemplated in the documentation for the product, or if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed;
- Initial installation, installation and removal of the product for repair, and shipping costs;
- Operational adjustments covered in the operating manual for the product, and normal maintenance;
- Damage that occurs in shipment, due to act of God, failures due to power surge, and cosmetic damage;
- Any hardware, software, firmware or other products or services provided by anyone other than Cammy;
- Products that have been purchased from inventory clearance or liquidation sales or other sales in which Cammy, the sellers, or the liquidators expressly disclaim their warranty obligation pertaining to the product.
Repair by anyone other than Cammy or an Authorized Cammy Service Office will void this Warranty.
