Troubleshooting

One of the key features of being a Cammy Plus subscriber is that you should only get alerts when your camera(s) detect a person. If you are a Cammy Plus subscriber and you received a false alert (no person in the footage), please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Cammy app on your phone
  2. Find and tap on the event you want to report as false
  3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the app
  4. Tap 'Report false alert'

If there is no person in the alert, the event will be sent to us for review. If we verify the alert was false we will credit you one month free subscription. Learn more about our no false alarm guarantee.

If you're getting alerts for other house members and/or staff then we recommend you share your alarm with these people.

If you're not a Cammy Plus subscriber, you will get alerts for movement from all heat emitting sources when your cameras are armed (this could include people and/or large pets).
