Troubleshooting

Have you setup an alarm? If not, add an alarm.

If you have set up an alarm but are not receiving alerts, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your notifications are turned on in the alarm settings, located here: Alarms > Settings > Notifications
  • Please ensure that notifications are allowed for the Cammy app in your phones' general settings
  • Please note that manually quitting the Cammy app can affect your app's ability to send notifications
